Some day, my [fine art] prints will come...
We love art. All kinds of art. Contemporary and the classics and everything in between. But we can't always afford fine art originals, so prints will have to do.
We also love The Public Domain Review, an online journal and not-for-profit website of the Open Knowledge Foundation focused on books, postcards, images, collections of GIFs, essays and films... basically, anything curious and clever and in the public domain.
So when you marry an array fine art, museum-quality prints with incredible artwork in the public domain from names like Samuel J. Beckett, William Blake, Paul Klee, Louis Renard, and Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (below; we love our woodblock prints and paintings) ... perfection!
